All saddles have a 5 year warranty on the tree only. The warranty applies to the original owner only. Warranty does not cover damage to the tree due to misuse, carelessness or accidents.
For all problems with one of the Simco or Longhorn saddles, you will need to return it back to The 5C Ranch Store that you purchased it from. If The 5C Ranch Store is not able to take care of the problem, they will contact Simco/Longhorn to see what needs to be done to fix the problem.
